The 42 DDR5 and DDR4 U-DIMM RAM modules come in various latencies and voltage settings. For the DDR5 RAM the capacity varies between 16 and 64 GB and DDR4 RAM is available between 8GB and 64 GB.
All RAM modules by Exceleram are made in Taiwan and hand-tested. Each module is individually verified for full compatibility with Intel and AMD platforms.
