Gigabyte GOOC 2010 – Overclocking Championship Finals

The Venue

We take to the venue where the 15 finalists will be competing. The competition was held at the East 3 Hall in Hua-Shan Creative Park, Taiwan. It’s a great venue with lots of great scenary, parks and heritage buildings, which have been refurbished recently. The President of Gigabyte as well as important VIP members and sponsors were there to give their welcome speeches during the opening ceremony. To top it off … a traditional Chinese Lion dance was performed, to enhance the atmosphere and to entice the overclockers to “Fight for Glory”

An Overclocker’s Heaven

Check out some of the contestants workbench area. It’s a little messy but it’s an overclocker’s heaven, with plenty of liquid Nitrogen and lots of great hardware to play with. Read on to see more photos of each contestant’s own workbench area …
