This is a complete all-in-one liquid cooling solution for next-gen Intel Xeon® Scalable CPUs, designed to directly cool the CPU and the motherboard’s Voltage Regulation Module (VRM) sections. It is compatible with the LGA 4677 socket on the ASUS Pro WS W790-ACE motherboard.

Magnitude Cooling Engine
The monoblock’s cooling engine is based on the advanced Magnitude sTRX4 technology, which incorporates the revolutionary Targeted Die Cooling (TDC) system, ensuring the best possible CPU cooling without reducing the flow to other components. Initially developed for the 2nd generation EK Threadripper CPU water blocks, TDC has been enhanced and implemented at a more sophisticated level. The cooling engine has been significantly enlarged compared to the traditional Magnitude Cooling engine, creating ideal conditions for the best thermal transfer. The coldplate incorporates microfin stacks that cover a large surface area and boasts exceptional density, effectively maximizing the cooling surface area.

This is instrumental in maintaining optimal temperatures of the Xeon compute tiles and ensuring superior thermal management, making the monoblock an ideal choice for demanding tasks and intensive workloads of the XCC 4 tile workstation and server-grade CPUs.

CNC Machining and Full-Metal Design
The monoblock features a base made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper, while its top is constructed from highly durable acetal material. For convenient installation, the monoblock comes pre-installed with nickel-plated brass screw-in standoffs.

The top is adorned with a magnetized brushed aluminum cover plate featuring a specially designed sticker that perfectly accessorizes the motherboard’s design. Not only does this cover plate complement the motherboard’s layout, but it also serves the additional function of effectively hiding all the block screws, further improving the monoblock’s aesthetics.
