TUXEDO Intros InfinityBook Pro 14 Gen 10 Ultra-light Linux Laptops with Ryzen AI CPUs

The new InfinityBook Pro 14 combines infinite portability in an extremely compact and lightweight, yet high-quality all-aluminium chassis with a 500 nits bright high-res 3K display, a large 80 Wh battery, high CPU speed thanks to AMD Ryzen AI 300 processors and full memory upgrade options (2x upgradable RAM, 2x exchangeable M.2 SSD).

Rigid Yet Elegant aluminium Chassis in an Infinitely Compact Form Factor
Despite its rigid and haptically first-class material, the all-metal housing impresses with a very light weight of just 1.45 kg and an extremely slim profile of overall just 17 mm (total height incl. closed lid). On a footprint of 311 x 220 mm, the InfinityBook Pro 14 not only integrates a quiet, white backlit keyboard, but also gives customers the choice between the European, classic ISO and the ANSI keyboard layout commonly used in the US.

Under the pretty fingerprint-resistant light metal hood in “Infinity Gray” color, two 7 mm thin fans and heatpipes keep the device quiet under low load and provide the AMD Ryzen AI 300 CPUs with sustained 65 watts at full fan speed.

Power Efficient Yet Fast: AMD Ryzen AI 300
Speaking of CPUs: In terms of the central processing unit, customers get the choice between three AMD Ryzen AI 300 processors:

The Ryzen AI 7 350 features 8 CPU cores with 16 threads, offers far more than enough speed for everyday use and provides quite a bit of performance headroom for more demanding projects.

The Ryzen AI 9 365 with 10 cores / 20 threads, places itself above at around 10 % faster multicore speed, while the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 (12 cores / 24 threads) provides another 15-20% performance uplift and thus outperforms last year’s InfinityBook Pro – Gen 9 by around 40%.

Despite or because of its extremely thin 17 mm chassis, the InfinityBook Pro 14 supplies all three AMD processors with up to 65 watts at maximum fan speed.

Up To 30% Faster Integrated Graphics
Responsible for all graphics rendering are AMD Radeon 800M series graphics processors, which are integrated into the CPU. Equipped with 8, 12 or 16 graphics cores, depending on the CPU, the power-saving iGPU achieves up to 30% higher speed than the Radeon 780M in last year’s InfinityBook Pro 14 – Gen 9.

This not only provides far more than enough performance for all everyday tasks, but also sufficient power for older and graphically less demanding PC games in 1080p resolution.

Razor-Sharp 14-Inch 500 Nits 3K Display
The InfinityBook Pro’s 14-inch display features 2880×1800 pixels on a screen area of 302 x 188 mm, resulting in an outstanding pixel density of 243 ppi (pixels per inch), making them invisibly small from a typical viewing distance, making text and photos look as if they were printed.

Combined with the space-efficient 16:10 aspect ratio and 100% sRGB color gamut, the 120 Hz fast screen fulfills sophisticated demands for work and multimedia use, while the brightness of now 500 nits ensures good legibility in bright indoor or outdoor environments.

The up to 180° tiltable display hinge provides maximum flexibility for all kinds of laptop stands while the privacy webcam shutter prevents unauthorized access to the 1080p webcam.

80 Wh Battery, USB4, USB-C charging and up to 128 GB RAM
The InfinityBook Pro 14’s design philosophy is focussed on a maximally small, thin and light form factor. Despite its dual fan system for adequate cooling, two upgradable RAM modules and two SSD storage slots, the Linux sub-notebook still fits in an 80 Wh battery for up to 9 hours during web surfing.

Once the battery is running low, the ultraportable business laptop can be charged via both USB-C ports using a handy and lightweight USB-C power supply (min. 20 V / 3 A = 60 W; recommended 20 V / 5 A = 100 W).

Speaking of ports: Up to 3 external monitors can be driven via USB4, USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 and HDMI 2.1. On the data side, 3x USB Type-A as well as a full-size card reader and a LAN port are on board, which is unusual in laptops this thin.

On the storage side, the InfinityBook Pro 14 offers two easily accessible and upgradable slots each for both RAM (max. 2x 64 GB) and SSD storage (max. 2x 4 TB).
