GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB AORUS Master and Gaming and Eagle Series Spotted

Could this be one of the best value RTX 30 series graphics card on offer? We will have to wait and see. It will definitely be a good upgrade over the RTX 2060 (6GB).

Taken from Videocardz … A new graphics card SKU from NVIDIA has been submitted for certification to Eurasian Economic Commission. Gigabyte is allegedly preparing four models based on GeForce RTX 3060 Ti SKU:

  • GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB AORUS Master (GV-N306TAORUS M-8GD)
  • GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GAMING OC (GV-N306TGAMING OC-8GD)
  • GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB EAGLE OC (GV-N306TEAGLE OC-8GD)
  • GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB EAGLE (GV-N306TEAGLE-8GD)

We have already confirmed that NVIDIA will introduce GeForce RTX 3060 Ti right after GeForce RTX 3070. The card would also feature Ampere GA104 GPU, but with 4864 CUDA cores. Similarly to RTX 3070, it would also pack 8GB of GDDR6 (non-X) memory across a 256-bit bus (the memory capacity is confirmed by the product codes above). The memory is liekly to be clocked at 14 Gbps, which provides a maximum bandwidth of 448 GB/s.

The RTX 3060 Ti models from Gigabyte are not expected to look much different from already announced RTX 3070. Both SKUs are likely to share the same PCB with minor changes to the power delivery. The RTX 3060 Ti model is expected to require less power (~180W) compared to RTX 3070’s 220W. Here is how Gigabyte RTX 3070 series look:
