Intel 500-Series Motherboards (Z590, B560 and H510) to Launch on January 11th

How true is this rumor? Your guess is as good as mine. It could be true … if Intel makes an announcement virtually at CES in Jan 2021. We’ll keep you posted.

Taken from Videocardz … Chinese news outlet published a short article on social media platform WeChat, alleging that Intel’s 500 series motherboards will be announced on January 11th, the same day Intel hosts a CES 2021 press conference.

The company is expected to release (actual word use by the source) three motherboards series including Z590, B560, and H510. All three chipsets will be officially announced and released by Intel on the same day, the story claims.

The 500-series motherboards are likely the last DDR4 motherboards from Intel. The series is to feature an LGA1200 socket compatible with the 10th Gen Core Comet Lake-S series and the upcoming 11th Gen Core Rocket Lake-S.
