A Closer Look
When the Four Eyes fan controller is plugged in you have a choice of several colors: green, blue, light blue, dark blue, purple, red, and light green. The touch screen seems pretty responsive and accurate. The colors are bright and are easily readable even in a well lit area. The digital read-out really look smooth and are way better than having a knob to turn. This makes syncing your fans to the same speeds a breeze.
Installation
The mounting is as easy as installing any other 5.25 expansion drive. The only thing to note is when I plugged in the power cable it was snug and stressed the plug a little due to the port being upside down in relation to the wires coming off the power cable. The temperature cables are plenty long to reach any part of the board you would like to keep tabs on. The fan cables also have plenty of reach.
