The X870 NOVA WIFI is one more interesting motherboard from ASRock. It shares all the well-known features of the Phantom Gaming series and adds some improvements. ASRock also designed it to be optimal for gamers, eliminating unnecessary features that would otherwise raise the price.
Although I still prefer the X870E NOVA, the new version is a good alternative, as it’s not significantly different and is available at a lower price.
During the tests, there were no problems with compatibility; even various memory kits with XMP profiles worked without issues. Everything works as ASRock declared. The motherboard is equipped with modern and fast communication controllers and high-quality audio, so it should satisfy all kinds of users, not only gamers.
The X870 NOVA WIFI costs around $299.99 on Amazon. Since Amazon is not the cheapest online store, we assume we can find it at a lower price in other stores. However, for what it offers, the new ASRock motherboard is clearly a good deal.
ASRock offers a three-year warranty for the Riptide motherboard, which is above average, as some brands still offer two years.
