Lexar JumpDrive C20m and C20c 128GB USB 3.1 Flash Drives Review

Conclusion and Verdict

We are used to see high quality flash drives from Lexar. Of course there are better or worse series but all of Lexar products were so far worth our recommendation. The same is with JumpDrive C20c and C20m.

Even though performance in our tests was slightly lower than expected then all other factors are still making both flash drives a great products. High durability, still high performance, possible charging of mobile device while using storage and couple of other features can convince many users to buy this product. It’s not only a simple flash drive.

Lexar is offering three year warranty on the C20c and C20m. It’s quite good option considering that many flash drives have one or two year warranty. Lexar is sure of its products quality so we get all three years of guaranteed flawless work.

Since both flash drives are quite fresh products then can be still problem with availability. Right now JumpDrive C20m costs about €45 while C20c costs about €10 more. I’m not sure if it’s the final price but I guess it will go slightly down when availability will be better so in next weeks. I think it’s a reasonable price but always could be lower.

Pros:

  • High quality
  • High durability
  • Unique design
  • Can charge mobile device while connected to PC/laptop
  • Available with C-Type USB or micro USB

Cons:

  • Read bandwidth lower than expected

Final words:

Lexar JumpDrive C20m and C20c are perfect flash drives if you need high capacity mobile storage which is easily connecting with mobile devices and your PC. Both flash drives are high quality products with three year warranty. Both also look great and can be used to charge mobile device while working on storage.

Since there are barely any differences between JumpDrive C20m and C20c flash drives ( except connector type ) then both are receiving FunkyKit’s Recommended Award!
