Conclusion and Verdict
ASRock offers us really interesting motherboards which are top quality and meet our expectations. What more, most of higher series motherboards are exceeding our expectations and it’s the case with the X370 Gaming ITX/ac. It’s a perfect motherboard for gamers who want to build small but powerful PC using AMD processor. It’s also great base for small PC with AMD APU but at least in this case I would recommend version which is using B350 chipset to reduce costs ( of course if price is the issue ).
ASRock motherboards are heaven for enthusiasts and overclockers. There are so many options that most users simply have no idea what to do with them. For more advanced users all can be unlocked while typical gamers can user auto settings or standard profiles. What is for sure great is high memory compatibility. We can use fast memory what in case of AMD Ryzen, really matters. Of course if we are building budget gaming PC then high memory series can be too expensive. However it doesn’t mean that we can’t buy something cheaper and overclock it. ASRock let us play with the CPU or RAM as we wish.
The X370 Gaming-ITX/ac motherboard costs nearly $172 on Amazon. Not cheap but the competition won’t have anything better in this price in ITX format so I guess it’s not bad price. If we wish to save some money then we can take a look at the AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac which is not much different but based on the lower chipset and it costs a bit above $120.
