Exterior
The whole chassis measures H 556mm x W 250mm x L 542mm in dimensions, which is slightly bigger than the FRAME 4000D, and should be large enough to support all the latest ATX motherboards, including reverse connector motherboards from Asus, Gigabyte and MSI.
You’ll find a tempered glass panel for the left side, while the top and right side panels, as well as the PSU panel feature a fully mesh design. The front panel is further enhanced with a three-dimensional perforated Y-pattern, which optimizes airflow and provides low-obstruction path for cool air.
The front I/O panel includes a Power Button, a combination audio/microphone jack, 4 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A Ports, 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports, but no reset switch.
Interior
The chassis is capable of supporting a full size graphic cards with a maximum length of 450mm. For our PC build, we used a MSI GeForce RTX 5080 Vanguard SOC Launch Edition card (which takes up 2.5 PCIE slot space and measures 360mm in length). Intsallation was smooth with no issues at all.
What I like about the chassis, is that you can rotate the PCIE slot bracket, so that you can vertically mount your GPU. No extra bracket required, just need a riser cable!
You can fit a PSU with a maximum size of up to 250mm. We used the Corsair RM1000x 80PLUS Gold, which measured 180mm in length. There are also removeable dust filters on bottom, front, right and left sides for easy cleaning.
There’s plenty of room inside the chassis and you can easily mount up to 3 x 360mm radiators, one on the top, one on the side, and one in the front of the chassis. Plus you can install up to 14 x 120mm or 10 x 140mm fans for additional cooling.
Closer Look
Let’s take closer look. There’s a modular pegboard pattern on its MB tray, allowing you to relocate and position cable management straps where needed precisely.
There’s also a load of velcro straps inside the case for cable management, plus you get a GPU anti-sag stabilization arm to keep your graphics card nice and steady.
Other nice touches includes the cable shroud to keep unused cables out of sight, giving you a clean and organized interior. For storage, there’s a removeable bracket which allows you to install up to 6 x 2.5″ SSDs and 2 x 3.5″ HDDs
The chassis includes 4 pre-installed RS140 ARGB cooling fans at the front, and 1 at the back of the chassis. The 4-pin PWM and 3-pin ARGb cables are already daisy chained, so no crontoller required.
You’ll also find Corsair’s InfiniRail fan mounting system on the top of the chassis, allowing to position your fans for targeted airflow.
During the PC build, we recommend you remove the tempered glass side panel completely. The last thing you want is to have your tempered glass cracked or scratched during installation.
