DeepCool AN600 Low Profile CPU Cooler Review

A Closer Look and Installation

The AN600’s heat sink is made of aluminum with a copper, nickel-plated base. It includes six heat pipes, which are also nickel-plated. It protects the copper from stains, so significantly improves the aesthetics.

The fan is connected with a standard PWM plug and nothing else since there is no RGB backlight. A white light is still coming from the center of the fan, which gives a great effect.

The installation is simple, and the pressure is just perfect, so the TIM spreads evenly on the whole CPU surface. Below is a video made by DeepCool that shows everything you may need about the installation.

Below are photos presenting the test setup. As I mentioned, we had no problems with the installation on the ITX motherboard, where everything is very tight. On large motherboards, like the Gigabyte B650E AORUS Master, the cooler is less than 0.5mm above the IO/VRM cover. It’s just perfect regardless of the motherboard.
