The tested memory kit is rated at DDR5-5600 and, as expected, is based on Micron IC. On the memory chips, we can find D8DDZ, the same as in the new DDR5-5200 kits from the same manufacturer. With some luck, we will show you the 64GB DDR5-5200 memory kit in the upcoming weeks as Crucial promised to send it once it becomes available.

The most interesting are memory profiles. They’re quite standard, at very relaxed timings. However, Crucial programmed XMP and EXPO profiles. There are also profiles for higher and lower frequencies. The list of profiles is below:

XMP Profile #1: DDR5-5600 CL46-45-45 @1.1V
XMP Profile #2: DDR5-5200 CL42-42-42 @1.1V
EXPO Profile #1: DDR5-5600 CL46-45-45 @1.1V
• EXPO Profile #2: DDR5-5200 CL42-42-42 @1.1V

Below you can see how ASUS Mem TweakIT reads EXPO profiles, which are supposed to be about the same as XMP.

We wish to see tighter timings or at least frequency, as the tested memory kit can easily run at DDR5-6200 at nothing more than the EXPO profile with 1.1V.

The 1.1V also guarantees us low temperatures, so the memory kit is perfect for SFF PC or other small computers.

We will take a closer look at the package and memory modules on the next page.
