The Box and Packaging
The box of the Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard is very stylish. There is a hole in the box displaying the opto-mechanical keys even. If you don’t open the box, you can still test the feel of the button!
When you open the front packaging, you will see the full keyboard under a plastic cover, which protects it from dust. As always, the aesthetics of any Razer product is stunning. Let’s hope if feels as good as it looks 🙂
A Closer Look
Razer Huntsman Elite will be the first choice for any hardcore e-sports players. The keyboard is made of aluminum metal, which is very smooth when you touch it. The keyboard uses an acoustic optical key shaft (purple). The keys not only sound very crisp when tapped, but also the key strength is very light. According to the specifications, the actuation force is only 45 grams and even if you play the games all day, you will not feel tired. The keyboard has dedicated multimedia control keys, such as “fast forward”, “rewind” and “pause/play” functions, and this allows you to quickly switch or access your music. The macro function buttons can be used to create custom buttons. Pressing FN + F9 or using the RAZER Synapse software will allow you to record the macros to the function keys.
The box includes a very comfortable and flexible artificial leather, soft, magnetic wrist pad, which is separate from the keyboard, and can be connected easily through the metal joint between the keyboard and the wrist pad. After using it, my hands don’t feel tired at all.
