The Corsair MP700 uses the Phison E26 PCIE 5.0 SSD controller and Micron 3D TLC NAND chips. It’s uses the standard M.2 2280 form factor.

 

A Closer Look & Installation

The SSD does not include a heatsink, but on closer inspection, you’ll find a thin copper foil that covers the top of the SSD. This, along with the motherboard’s M.2 heatsink, should provides sufficient cooling.
