Today, we will be taking a look at the ASRock Radeon RX 9060 XT Steel Legend 16GB OC Graphics Card. It uses AMD’s Radeon RX 9060 XT GPU running at a Boost Clock of up to 3320 MHz and features RDNA 4 Architecture with 32 Compute Units.
It comes with 16GB GDDR6 Vram on 128-Bit memory bus running at speed of 20 Gbps. The card supports for AMD’s FSR 4 technology and HYPR-RX for ultra-smooth and responsive gameplay.
The card is cooled with a triple fan design with striped ring fans and comes with stylish metal backplate. The distinctive aesthetic of Steel Legend series, makes it ideal for any white-themed PC builds.
It features 1 x 8-pin PCIE power connector and a ARGB header with a LED on/off switch. Video outputs include 2 x DisplayPort 2.1a and 1 x HDMI 2.1b, which is enough for most users.

The ASRock Radeon RX 9060 XT Steel Legend OC graphics card uses an overclocked GPU running at 3,320 Mhz (default is 3,130 MHz), which gives it a slight edge over similar non-overclocked cards. For cooling, it feature’s ASRock’s Triple Fan design, with 3 striped ring fans, and a stylish metal backplate, all of which helps to reduce load temperatures.
We’ll be testing this graphics card using our tested rig, which is comprised of an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K sitting on a Gigabye B860 AORUS Elite ICE motherboard, along with 48GB of DRR5-8000 ram.
