MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II Golden Edition Review

 Installation

No problems with installation. Just make sure you connect both 6-pin PCI-E power connectors, and that you have a suitabke power supply. I recommend a 600-700W PSU.

In our previous graphic card reviews, we used a test rig which was comprised of an Intel Core i5 – 650 (LGA 1156) @ 3.2Ghz and a Gigabyte P55 USB3 motherboard. But in this review, we’ve decided to upgrade our test rig to something fairly new, based on an Intel Core i5 – 2500K (Sandy Bridge) processor running at 3.3Ghz and a Gigabyte P67A-UD4 motherboard (LGA 1155). The results and scores from the old test rig will be denoted by an asterisk. Here are some of the benchmark software which we’ll be using:

  • GPU-Z
  • AIDA64 and PCWizard
  • 3D Mark Vantage
  • 3D Mark 11 (DX11)
  • Unigine Heaven (DX11)
  • Aliens Vs Predator (DX11)
  • Stone Giant (DX11)
