Crucial is back with the P510 NVMe SSD series, which we had to test. Calling it a budget PCIe 5.0 SSD doesn’t sound right, but it’s one of the few DRAM-less PCIe 5.0 SSDs on the market, and as the specifications suggest, it’s the fastest of them all. As it appears, our tests show that the P510 is an exciting option in a market flooded with various, and often overpriced, M.2 SSDs. The P510 promises to fill the gap between popular PCIe 4.0 and highly overpriced PCIe 5.0 series.
After a list of features and specifications, we will test the performance. The tests will be performed on the latest Intel Core Ultra 200 platform, which shouldn’t limit the SSD in any way. Let’s start with some technical data and product features.
