Audio-Technica Collaborates with Hatsune Miku to Create MIKU-Inspired ATH-M50xSTS Streamset

Audio-Technica, a leading innovator in transducer technology for over 60 years is excited to announce its collaboration with MIKU to create the inspired ATH-M50xSTS-USB MIKU Streamset.

This exclusive design maintains the performance of the ATH-M50xSTS-USB, designed for streamers and content creators while capturing accents of the Hatsune Miku character in every detail. Keeping the combined technology from Audio-Technica’s best-selling headphones, the ATH-M50x and 20 series, the new ATH-M50xSTS-USB MIKU will feature crystal-clear sound, highly reliable performance, and deliver an inspiring listening experience.

The headband is decorated with lines inspired by Hatsune Miku’s hair accessories, and additional Miku motifs can be found in the original graphics. The housing ring, slider, and other accents feature “Miku Green” metallic parts that shine brightly amidst the overall dark color scheme offering a cool and sophisticated statement. Miku’s footprint continues into the packaging as well, featuring an exclusive main visual drawn by popular illustrator LAM.

Main features of the ATH-M50xSTS-USB MIKU include high-resolution monitoring with large-diameter, high-force magnet 45 mm CCAW voice coil drivers, a clear sound quality over a wide frequency range, sidetone function to hear your voice through headphones, and flexible boom arm to allow the microphone to be fixed at the mouth, eliminating ambient noise.
