The Minors’ Champions: These are the leading 2 teams from every regional Minor Championship and the leading 2 teams among the 3rd place Minor teams who qualify to the next Major’s New Challengers Stage.

Since its announcement in January 2021, The PGL Major Stockholm is among the highly anticipated tournaments of 2021.The CS: GO PGL Major Stockholm 2021is an S-tier tournament boasting a total prize pool of $2 million which is also accompanied by numerous Tournament Circuit Points. Depending on the qualification of the teams, the teams will undergo a vigorous three different stages in the PGL Major Stockholm. This was confirmed by Lena Hallengren the serving Swedish Minister who removed all social gathering restrictions.
Swedish Travel Restrictions
At first, most of the 24 participating teams were uncertain of they will be allowed to enter the country based on the current travel restrictions. However, after consultations, the health ministry declared that it would get authorizations for their full rosters. Fortunately, three weeks ago, Swedish officials announced that a simple negative covid test would be enough for players to enter the country. The Avicii Arena, which can host 14 000 spectators was also a point of concern. Thanks to the Swedish Government, many efforts have been put in place to ensure mass vaccination
