Corsair have just sent us their brand new FRAME 5000D RS ARGB mid-tower chassis. This chassis supports a host of motherboards from mini-ITX to full size ATX, all the way upto E-ATX, including reverse connection motherboards.
It features a modular pegboard pattern on its MB tray, allowing you to relocate and position cable management straps where needed precisely. It also comes with Corsair’s InfiniRail fan mounting system, allowing to position your fans for targeted airflow.
The chassis includes 4 pre-installed RS140 ARGB cooling fans, 3 in the front and 1 at the back of the chassis. You can install up to a total of 14 x 120mm fans, and for liquid cooling a total of 3 x 360mm radiators on the top, at the front and on the side of the chassis. You also get a handy GPU holder for supporting large GPUs up to 450mm in length.
There are removeable dust filters on Bottom, Front, Right and Left Sides. The front I/O panels includes 4 x USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, 1 x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C, Headphone/Microphone Combo and power switch.
With so much room for airflow, the Corsair FRAME 5000D RS ARGB mid-tower is the perfect chassis for any custom PC builds.
The case measures H 556mm x W 250mm x L 542mm in dimensions, which is slightly bigger than the FRAME 4000D, and should be large enough to support all the latest ATX motherboards, including E-ATX and reverse connector motherboards from Asus, Gigabyte and MSI.
I would like to send a big thank you to Corsair for the review sample! Here is a snippet of what they have to say about themselves on their website:
