Photos 2: The Zbox Nano XS AD11 unit itself
The top is gloss black and picks up dust instantly, it isn’t nearly as noticeable in real life as it is in photos though. How about more angles? We’ll start with the front
Power button, built in IR reciever, card reader, USB2.0/eSATA combo port, speaker/mic ports. The speaker port doubles as optical SPD/IF via the adapter provided.
The rear has more stuff, there’s the power port, HDMI, two USB3.0, two USB2.0 (with fast-charging abilities) and gigabit ethernet. Not a bad collection, though a bit short on USB ports when you consider that you may need one for IR and one for WiFi plus mouse/keyboard.
On one side is an intake mesh for cooling:

More area here. Maybe there is more intake area on the bottom.
Yup, lots. Note the Phillips screw patterning on the rubber feet, while useless it points out that the feet are the screws that hold the bottom on. Grab and turn and they come loose. They’re held captive to the bottom plate by some C clips inside. It is a very good setup. Fantastic, really. I can’t think of a better way to do it.

See? Told you it was smaller than some of my fans. Dinky little thing, quite impressive that Zotac has stuffed an entire computer in here. I think we’d best see how they did it before we go much further. That fan is rated at 40-50W too.
