Gigabyte AORUS Waterforce 240 AIO CPU Cooler Review

Today we will be covering the newly released AORUS Waterforce 240 AIO CPU Cooler. If you recall we covered the original AORUS Liquid Cooler. Now at the time this was exciting news because it was one of the first coolers that offered a LCD screen that was capable of uploading a JPG to the screen. This was one of the coolest features I have come across on a cooler in a while. It also had text customization and several premade modes from Gigabyte as well. Being able to add that extra flair to your setup was new and cool. Now a year and half later we have had several other companies do the same and some of those even feature the ability to upload GIFs. What’s next, MP4s? Well its funny you say that because that exactly where we are. No, this exact model doesn’t feature some of the fancier screen capabilities but the Waterforce X does! Hopefully we can get one of those to show off as well. As for the lower tier Waterforce we still get a nice bit of flair from the LCD screen. So with out further delay lets break this cooler down and see everything it has to offer.

Multicore CPUs and higher core counts are the norm for high-end builds in this day and age but faster clock speeds can generate excess heat which slows performance. This makes CPU Cooling more important than ever so AORUS Waterforce Liquid Coolers are designed specifically to handle the heat generated by latest generation CPUs.

I would like to thank Gigabyte for providing this review sample! Let us see what they have to say about themselves on their website:
