Crucial Pro Overclocking 64GB DDR5-6400 Memory Kit Review

Package and its Contents

Crucial DDR5 Pro OC memory arrived in a retail package, a cardboard box with a blister for RAM modules. The package is standard for a special OC edition, but it says everything we need to know while buying the new memory kit, like its series, capacity, and frequency. Most users will order RAM from online stores with a wider description, so it’s not a problem if we don’t find anything on the package.

The package contains two memory modules and nothing else. The installation is straightforward, and even less advanced users can handle it without problems. If there is any problem, the manual and additional info can be found on the Crucial website.

The memory modules are white but have the same design as the black version. The PCB is still black, so only the heatsinks’ color differs.

Crucial Pro OC is not equipped with RGB illumination, which can be an advantage for many users. I often see users commenting that they have had enough of RGB-everything and wish for a simple but well-designed RAM that works well. Crucial even comments on it as an advantage. It’s optimal, stable RAM, without anything unnecessary.

Below are additional photos of the test rig. Since there is no RGB, the modules are not highlighted much, but they still look good and match the test rig.
