Today, we’ll be taking a look at the Lexar ARES RGB DDR5-7200 32GB Memory Kit. These memory kits are rated to run at DDR5-7200 speeds with memory timings of 34-42-42, operating on a voltage of 1.4V.

The memory modules comes with a matte black aluminum heat spreader, which helps to keep the memory and your system running cool.

It’s compatible with all the major RGB eco-systems out there including Asus Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion and ASRock’s Polychrome Sync. It also comes with its own Lexar RGB Sync software allowing you can customize your RGB lighting effects to your liking.

It comes with built-in on-die ECC, for real-time data error correction, which helps increase stability and reliability. The built-in Power Management IC allows better power control and power delivery while operating at a voltage of 1.4V

The modules uses memory ICs from SK Hynix which are known to overclock extrememly well. It also supports XMP 3.0 for easy overclocking, which can be configured via the BIOS on your motherboard.

We’ll be testing the Lexar ARES RGB DDR5-7200 32GB memory kits on our test rig, which includes an ASRock Z790 motherboard, along with an Intel Core i9-14900K processor and a Radeon RX 7900 XTX graphics card.

We already reviewed the DDR5-6000 version of the Lexar ARES RGB memory kits earlier this year. They performed extremely well, so I’m expecting even better results with these faster memory kits. But more interestingly, I’m intruiged on how well these memory modules can overclock.

OK, let’s jump straight in and start by taking a look at the specifications and features on our next page. You can buy the Lexar ARES RGB DDR5-7200 32GB kit for around USD $139 from Amazon – https://amzn.to/3uWnmia

Hi,
Could you please share the full timings report of Extreme memory profiles. I’d like to see how it looks with the profile for 6400 for the 7200 module.

Thanks in advance.

MiK
