We all know that adding extra memory to your PC can improve overall system performance. So, in today’s review, we’ll be taking a look at the Lexar DDR4-3200 UDIMM 32GB Memory Kit, as well has showing you how to install these modules on your system (video). These memory modules are rated at a speed of DDR4-3200 with CAS latency of 22 @ 1.2V.
For those who didn’t know already, Lexar was acquired by Lonsys (a Chinese memory manufacturer) in 2017, and they’ve kept the Lexar brand name over the past 3 years. Renowned for producing SD memory cards and storage devices, it now appears Lexar are also targeting the DIY market … hence the launch of their Hades RGB DDR4-3600 32GB Memory Kit, and of course standard DDR4-3200 UDIMM memory kits.
The memory kits we received from Lexar are your standard UDIMMs. No RGB, no heat spreader … nothing fancy. They’re designed mainly for system builders and users who want to upgrade their memory on their ordinary desktop computer.
I would like to thank Lexar for providing this review sample! Let us see what Lexar has to say about themselves on their website:
