The Masterpulse Pro will arrive in nice tightly packed and well secured package. I shook the package and noticed nothing banging around in side the box. The front part of the package opens to revel the headset through a window.

I really like this feature when I am in a store physically looking at the product. Sometimes pictures do not give the product justice or over hype the product. With the window you can see exactly what is inside. The box also contains some features and specs on the backside of the box.
