Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro WiFi Motherboard Review

Installation

First up we slot in the RAM.

Next up the CPU goes in.

Now for installing the M.2 SSD. This motherboard comes with an integrated heat sync for the M.2 Drive which is nice.

Now let’s get the motherboard installed in the case. One cool super helpful thing this motherboard has is an integrated IO Shield. More motherboards need this!

Now lets put a cooler on this Ryzen CPU.

Now let’s get the front panel connectors plugged in. This shows off another feature that I wish more motherboards had. A connector for the front panel connectors, this lets you plug everything into an easy to reach connector and then plug them all into your motherboard at once. Another great feature!

And finally after plugging everything in and a bit of cable management my PC is back up and running.

Overall installation was a bit easier compared to most motherboards because of the front panel connector and integrated IO Shield. Definite props on Gigabyte for these.

Now that the PC is up and running let’s jump into the BIOS.
