Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro WiFi Motherboard Review

UEFI/BIOS

The first screen of the BIOS features most of the options that the average user will need including the CPU and RAM overclocking settings.

On the next tab over you have basic system information.

Next up is the BIOS screen which gives you options like the boot order as well as a few various configuration options.

Next up you have the options to control how things like peripherals and PCI-E devices act. For most users, you’ll want to leave these default.

The chipset screen doesn’t let you change much but it does give some useful info on what’s plugged into the various SATA ports and things like that.

Next up on the power screen you have the option to change what can and can’t boot up your PC. The only option here that I have changed from the default is WOL since I turn my PC on from the internet often.

And lastly, you have the save and exit screen. As the name implies this screen lets you save any changes as well as load the default options.

There’s also a fan control screen within the BIOS letting you do a decent amount of fan customization even before you load an operating system.

Finally, if you only need to make basic changes there’s a basic screen that gives you the most important information all in one place.

While you may not get all of the options as a motherboard with the X470 chipset you still get plenty of customization and options considering the more budget oriented price point and feature set of the B450 chipset.

Now that we’ve taken a look at the overall BIOS options let’s take a closer look at the overclocking options.
